What fabric is used for your T-shirts and hoodies?

Our oversized T-shirts and hoodies are crafted from high-quality cotton-blend fabric chosen for its softness, durability, and comfortable fit. Specific fabric composition details are listed on each product page — check the product description before ordering.

What print method do you use? Will it fade?

We use high-quality print techniques designed for lasting colour and clarity. To keep your print looking great, we recommend washing the garment inside-out in cold water and avoiding direct iron contact on the print.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — cancellations are accepted before your order is dispatched. To cancel, reach out immediately via WhatsApp at +91-8290962186 or email us at purplelove.in@gmail.com. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Jaipur: 1–2 working days
  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other cities: 4–5 working days
  • North-East & remote areas: 5–7 working days

Overall, most orders arrive within 5–9 working days from dispatch.

Is shipping free?

Prepaid orders: Free shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A ₹60 COD handling charge applies.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. A ₹200 two-way shipping fee applies for exchanges.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
