RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy
- We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Exceptions: Certain items, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), cannot be returned. Additionally, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
- Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged item, or the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges
- The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Additional Fees: There will be an additional fee of ₹200 to cover two-way shipping for exchanges.

Return Process
- To start a return, contact us at purplelove.in@gmail.com. We would provide the address once the return is verified over the mail.
  
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations, contact us on WhatsApp at +91-8290962186 or email purplelove.in@gmail.com. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
- If an order is placed by mistake, reach out immediately within 6 hours to cancel.
- To make changes to your order (size, color, address), please contact us promptly at +91-8290962186 or email purplelove.in@gmail.com. Changes cannot be made after the order has shipped.
